Workflow Productivity Analyst - REQ # 1382

Location: Suwanee, GA

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Productivity Analyst in Suwanee, GA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Productivity Analyst will deliver productivity solutions to create value in areas of cost, quality, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This role is a key enabler of operational efficiency, responsible for identifying, analyzing, and automating business processes. The ideal candidate will use a combination of business process analysis, workflow design, and technical skills to implement solutions across the enterprise. This role will leverage a core suite of technology in the areas of workflow automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and collaboration.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize business processes suitable for automation.
  • Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation and RPA solutions using platforms such as Power Automate and MuleSoft.
  • Monitor and maintain automation solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Educate stakeholders on how to build and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and automated workflows.
  • Promote effective use of Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
  • Support OneDrive adoption and usage for secure file sharing and storage.
  • Analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve workflows, such as process automation and technology integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
  • Track and report findings of productivity metrics and automation ROI and develop improvement plans.
  • Utilize JIRA to manage tasks, track progress, and support Agile project delivery.
  • Create dashboards and reports to visualize team performance and automation impact.
  • Maintain documentation for automation and integration solutions, including process maps, technical specs, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and IT policies.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% for various Company meetings and training both domestically and possibly internationally.
  • This is a hybrid position with structured in-office days and limited remote flexibility based on business needs, with specific schedule set by the manager in alignment with team need
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in processing automation, productivity tools, or digital workplace solutions.
  • Certifications in MuleSoft, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with an RPA platform (MuleSoft or similar)
  • Hands-on experience developing solutions and integrations within the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and workflow documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Atlassian suite, and/or RPA tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of low-code/no-code development principles.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $58,656 and $80,300 per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid [parental/disability/emergency/etc.] leave, if eligible.
