Regional Content Manager - REQ # 1099

Location: Suwanee, GA

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Regional Content Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position oversees marketing content creation focused on assisting METUS’ business units in achieving their sales goals by developing a plan for and execution of national brand compliant projects that are focused on achieving each business unit’s sales goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with business units to gather key marketing objectives and communication priorities.
  • Create and maintain tools used to present METUS marketing to distributors and dealers (i.e., creating and updating DAPP and dealer meeting presentation templates.) As needed, evaluate and source quality vendors to ensure that creative and production is supported cost effectively.
  • Communicate the process for submitting case study requests to BU partners.
  • Advance review of case study opportunities to determine if candidates are willing to participate, equipment is clearly identified, and savings are quantifiable.
  • Assist the company’s PR firm with identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, and creating regional case studies. Coordinating storyboarding, scriptwriting, camera work, audio/video and music, and obtaining internal and customer approvals.
  • Obtain and store customer approvals/release forms associated with each case study.
  • Provide onsite support for video case studies.
  • Add regional video content created for BUs onto the company’s social sites and website.
  • Communicate assets created to the company’s sales channel. Ensure created content is stored in a location easily accessible to internal and external customers.
  • Create and regularly update annual DAPP presentation.
  • Create and regularly update annual dealer meeting presentation.
  • Willing to travel up to 35% to for various Company meetings and training both domestically and possibly internationally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Five plus years working in a marketing role incorporating brand standards into created assets.
  • Five years of demonstrated ability to turn to complex issues into compelling content (digital, print, video).
  • Five years’ experience in directing multimedia projects from creative concept to script creation, on site filming, to editing, to final deliverables.
  • Three years of publishing content on social platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across internal teams and Business units.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit challenging deadlines within set budgets.
  • Ability to manage several, complex projects simultaneously.
  • HVAC industry experience a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
  • Team player demonstrating METUS core values including a desire to win together, deliver excellence, drive sustainability, focus on execution and learn continuously.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $104,000 and $143,000 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid [parental/disability/emergency/etc.] leave, if eligible.
